Ahem…’cuse me!!  Did you notice my weight loss page?!!  YOU GOT IT -9!!!!!  Yep, ya girl lost 9 pounds this week and is OFFICIALLY out of the 450s!!!  It took FOREVER!!!!!  But I kicked that plateau’s ass!!!!!! 

Can you tell I’m happy?!!!
